Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Ability to haul staining equipment (truck or SUV)

Physical ability to lift and carry materials

Professionalism and strong communication skills

Coachable and willing to learn

Experience in construction or related field preferred

Sales Associate
Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, actively engage in conversations, and build rapport to understand their fence staining needs and preferences.

Project Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their desired stain color, finish, and overall aesthetic goals for their fence. Offer expert advice on stain options, application methods, and maintenance tips.

Sales Process: Effectively present our fence staining services, highlighting benefits, showcasing samples, and addressing client concerns.

Project Quotation: Prepare clear and accurate project quotes based on client needs, fence size, and service scope.

Closing Deals: Persuasively close sales and secure project commitments.
